The team at laser clinics Caringbah is amazing! Lucy was very professional and helpful when I came in for my treatment. She explained everything in thorough detail and made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend this clinic for your future treatments!

Honestly words can’t describe how amazing this place is. It’s pain free! The staff are very nice and take there time to understand you. Ali especially has put in so much effort to making me feel comfortable with my sessions. They always have discounts so would 100% recommended this place :) 10/10

I see Lucy for my laser. She is so sweet and makes you feel so comfortable when you’re in there. Will be going to see her for my facials soon also. Definitely ask for Lucy next time you book.

THEY ARE REFUSING A REFUND EVEN THOUGH THEY CHANGED MY APPOINTMENT WITHOUT ASKING ME!!!! This clinic changed my appointment time via text without asking me. I am now within the 48hr cancellation policy time frame which means now that I can’t make the new time, I lose hundreds of dollars worth of treatment. They will not answer the phone, any email or text message sent regarding this issue. How dare you have zero regard for people’s time.

The ladies at laserclinics Caringbah are very professional. Samantha went through my treatment details so well with me before my service and put me at ease. The staff are so friendly and the studio is immaculate. I definitely recommend having your laser treatments here.
